Professor Hu Xiaofei of Beijing Sport University, in the direct lineage of Professor Zhang Guangde. Deputy head of the technical committee of the International Health Qigong Federation; he has taught tens of thousands of students from more than fifty countries.
Led by Professor Hu Xiaofei. Students and colleagues also appear on camera. Not every lesson is taught by Professor Hu himself.

Daily daoyin practice
The Huangdi Neijing says: follow yin and yang, and work with the methods of the seasons. Practice is arranged with the time of year. A follow-along session of about ten to twenty minutes is scheduled each day. A day with a session shows its name. With a membership, that day opens the lesson. A day with nothing scheduled is not a link. Missed days can be made up within the last six months.
