About this set

Wu Qin Xi was created by Hua Tuo in the Eastern Han. The movements take after tiger, deer, bear, ape and bird.

This version was compiled by the Health Qigong Administrative Center of the General Administration of Sport of China. It is done standing and moves the whole body. Regular practice helps with prevention and supports staying well.

On this site the set is taught on camera by Professor Hu Xiaofei, professor and doctoral supervisor at Beijing Sport University. This does not replace a doctor's advice.
