About this set

Liu Zi Jue (Six Healing Sounds) is a breathing daoyin practice. An early record is Tao Hongjing's Yangxing Yanming Lu from the Northern and Southern Dynasties.

This version was compiled by the Health Qigong Administrative Center of the General Administration of Sport of China: six vocalisations, done standing. Regular practice helps with prevention and supports staying well.

On this site the set is taught on camera by Dr Fang Hui, a student of Professor Hu and a doctorate holder from Beijing Normal University. This does not replace a doctor's advice.
