Daily daoyin practice

Daily calendar

The Huangdi Neijing says: follow yin and yang, and work with the methods of the seasons. Practice is arranged with the time of year. A follow-along session of about ten to twenty minutes is scheduled each day. A day with a session shows its name. With a membership, that day opens the lesson. A day with nothing scheduled is not a link. Missed days can be made up within the last six months.

You can see what is scheduled each day here. Following along needs a membership. Membership
