If you are an EU consumer, the law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
For digital content supplied immediately there is an exception: if you expressly agree to start supply at once and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right, that right no longer applies. On the checkout page we ask you to tick these two points separately.
Our voluntary refund window is also 14 days. Once you confirm at checkout that access starts immediately and that you lose the withdrawal right, the statutory right ends; after that only this 14-day refund policy applies.
How to ask, and how long it takes
Email service@hxfdaoyin.com with your order number or the email you registered. We reply within 24 hours.
Paddle carries out the refund (it is the legal seller). Arrival time depends on your card issuer, usually 5–10 business days.
Cancelling versus a refund
- Cancel the subscription: later charges stop; you can still watch until the current period ends. You can do this at any time, no reason needed.
- Refund: money already paid is returned and access ends at once.
Buyout refunds
The same 14-day refund window applies to a buyout. After a refund, access to that set ends at once.
