Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
In other words: Paddle.com runs the order process as our online reseller. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for every order, and handles customer service enquiries and returns.
Your payment contract, invoices, tax and the carrying-out of refunds are Paddle's responsibility. Questions about the course content itself should come to us.
Что вы покупаете
There are two ways to buy, and they cover different things:
- Monthly membership: all exercise courses and the daily follow-along lessons, for as long as the subscription is active. New courses added later are included.
- One-practice buyout: only the set you buy, to watch for as long as defined below, without the daily lessons and without later new courses.
A buyout covers only that one set and does not include the daily follow-along lessons. The purchase page states this as well.
Subscription, renewal and cancellation
- Monthly membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- We email you a reminder before each renewal charge.
- The first-month half price applies only to the first monthly subscription.
Account and acceptable use
- The account is for you personally. Do not share login details.
- Do not download, record, transcribe, translate or redistribute the course content.
- Do not use the content for commercial training or public screening.
- If you break these rules we may suspend or close the account.
If we close the account because you seriously broke these rules, amounts already paid are not refunded, without affecting rights you have as an EU consumer. Billing for periods that have not started will stop.
Availability of content
We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, add or withdraw some courses.
Permanent access means you can keep watching for as long as this service exists and we hold the rights we need. If we must withdraw a set you bought because of a loss of rights or a legal requirement, we will offer content of equivalent value or a refund (in full within 3 years of purchase, pro rata afterwards). Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit. Any money compensation is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event.
These limits do not affect rights you have by law, and they do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or loss caused by intent or gross negligence.
Governing law and disputes
These terms (the course-service part) are governed by the law of the People's Republic of China. If you are an EU consumer, Article 6 of Rome I still gives you the mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence; these terms do not take those away. You may sue in the courts of your habitual residence; if we sue you, we will only do so there. Your payment contract is governed by the law and forum in Paddle's buyer terms.
We may assign our rights and duties under these terms as a whole to an entity that takes over this business. We will give 30 days' notice. You may cancel the subscription before it takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund. Existing rights of buyout customers are not affected.
